At Bluewater, I worked as a Graphic/Digital Designer, collaborating with Instructional Designers to transform scripts and learning objectives into engaging visual experiences. I developed visual storyboards, established the overall look and feel of client content, and translated existing brand standards into cohesive learning environments.
A major part of my work included designing isometric Learning Journey Maps for clients such as Les Schwab Tires, Auto Glass Now, and ZIPS Car Wash. These interactive environments transformed traditional training content into more immersive experiences, giving employees a visual way to navigate their learning journey.
Beyond client learning experiences, I collaborated with Bluewater's marketing team on social content, internal communications, sales collateral, and conference materials, including booth design and supporting graphics for industry events. I also worked alongside Instructional Designers to refresh Bluewater's internal learning content, developing new visual assets and characters to create a more engaging and consistent experience.
I collaborated with Marketing to develop targeted content for our platforms, including LinkedIn, newsletters, and conferences. Together we defined audience goals, crafted messaging aligned with brand voice, and produced a mix of articles, posts, slide decks, and promotional copy. I contributed research, key talking points, and visuals while Marketing handled calendar planning, distribution strategy, and performance tracking. The coordinated approach improved consistency across channels, increased engagement, and ensured our conference materials reinforced the same themes we promoted online and via email.
I designed this isometric Journey Map for Les Schwab to visually represent the employee learning experience. The environment recreates a recognizable tire center and provides a more immersive, engaging setting for new-hire training.
